Edwin Setzpfand

After 25+ years in ICT servicing financial business, including some seven years of e-business and CRM, "CRMGuru" since 2003, in 2007 Edwin Setzpfand founded his own CRM consultancy firm, Circle of CRM. Its aim is to provide a full customer-centric Social CRM solution to its clients through partnering (the "Circle") with experts and specialized firms. Edwin is a devoted distance runner.
