Brilliant! It's the small,

Brilliant! It's the small, little measures that often make a business stand out. The lodge has it down and I want to go! As this article (http://www.upyourservice.com/learning-library/customer-service-perceptio...) suggests, very minor touches can increase a company's standing with customers. Hershey has it right!
